Yesterday I measured at 24% body fat. Today I scored a 559 on the ACFT. Obviously been working at the H/W aspect for a few months. Dropped down from 29% body fat just need to drop two more percent. But would be cool if the ACFT score voided my H/W taping for now. (I’ll still be working to lose the weight and body fat)May be unpopular belief but flagging him isnt the end of the world.
