I completed every quest in Kakariko Village, but no matter what I do, I can't get The Stolen Heirloom shrine quest to start. The heirloom is still inside of Impa's home, I've tried talking to the guards outside, but nothing seems to work.Usually I just move towards them really slowly. With level 3 sneak enhancement you can run right up to them and grab them. It's why I like the sneak armor so much. Use the sneaky armor set. Stealth gear helps, but you can usually pull it off if you go really slow. I ended up just buying some from Woodland Stable. Even with full stealth armor, you need to move somewhat slowly and carefully. Walking is fine, sprinting / running /jumping are not. And not all fireflies in a swarm are "real" - some of the glowing dots simply can not be caught. If you want to make it a lot easier, you can also just buy 5 fireflies from Beedle at the Rito Stable or Highland ...
