Today I went back to Zulrah to test a relaxed method to kill the boss with the Tumeken's Shadow and and Tbow. Killing the boss without switches and just tbow...Honestly getting bowfa (and blade) has been huge for my account. I knocked out a zenyte set, was able to do Zulrah somewhat effectively without trident, got a DWH, and now I'm working on bandos for armor and hilt. This was all done while being only 75 slayer. For me it beat slogging through 87 slayer with a d scim.

The FBow while on slayer task is the same DPS as full crystal armor off task. The bowfa is pretty bad without the armor. I would never use it without the armor except for shamans if no BP or want to save scales/darts. Nowhere, you need the armour set for it to be good.
