I love the red dot sight with the guns, but am also interested in using the iron sights so I can co-witness. I've enjoyed mine so far, functions just like my 407k but with relatively little lint/dust buildup on the rear facing glass. As for the rear sight being functional, I can't say as my p36 has backup irons for lower 1/3. Overall its a good buy if you don't want/need the solar backup or multi-reticle options. 1.
