Looking at the wiki, it seems that replacing the menu.wav with your custom menu.wav and then running `make bgm.pcm.raw` is the intended method of making custom song. The command that was sent before should work if you execute it in a command prompt, it does the same exact thing the Makefile would do. You also don't have to edit any Makefile.

The only real downside is that you have to pick which patch you put in the dir for Dream Radar, the black2 one or the white2 one. You can then use Godmode9 to swap them in and out, but still it's clunky. Also, make sure your ROMs and saves are named black, white, black2 and white2.Open the terminal. Actually, in the Twilight Menu settings there are a few preset built-in themes. I don't remember the name of one of the themes but it has bubble effect animation like under water.
