We see Queen marikas statue/remains hanging by the rune arc that breaks. We see the remains turn into radagon and we fight him. After that we see the elden best hand grab the remains and in one smooth motion turn it into a sword. Finally, after killing the elden beast, we see the broken marika statue/remains and have to restore the elden ring.The only possible "theory" that'd get in your way of yours is that Radagon was said to have come yo the Lands between via a golden host. Which I'd take it as the Elden Beast himself split Marika into a second form like he turned Rafagon into the blade the beast wields. Radagon is somewhat good for casters later on but not really. It's very good the lower you are. While marika' sis extremely powerful the full length of the game.
