The JS deck is just so much more in depth than the MD one to me, and it's based directly off the Kaplan books. So I review a chapter in the books and then do the JS deck for that chapter to help it stick. It's doable, but definitely devote a few hours a day to it. At it's peak, I think I did around 700-800 cards (reviews) in one day. Pick a deck that you like and is formatted in a way that supports your learning style, add some of your own cards when it feels necessary, and you’ll be gold!

You can definitely get a 515+ with Miledown. Both Miledown and I scored a 515+. Remember that anki is just a tool for content review. You supplementing your content review with books is a great way to go beyond Miledown's deck. Just make sure that you get adequate practice and review in. It really helps with consolidating vocabulary.

I am doing the Kaplan Books and pairing it with the Kaplan Organized Milesdown Anki deck (except for Psych/Soc (using 300 page document) and Cars (doing daily JackWestin passage))..
