12/15/21 Answer . Try switching the cross sheet references. The first cross sheet reference is the data you want to pull and the second is the data you want to match on. Since you want to pull the ID that should be the first range, and since you are matching on the name that should be the second range.
These are the two sheets I am working with. I am wanting to fill in the street address on the sheet 2 based off of the original ship to city on the same sheet.
