From a dining perspective, Vdara is extremely limited, so the walk to Aria or Bellagio is a must anyway. Park MGM has plenty of dining and isn’t much further to get to Aria for those dining options, or NYNY for different options. The room at Vdara will be better but the convenience (to gaming, strip, food options) would make me choose Park MGM.

Just returned from Las Vegas for a convention. We chose the Vdara primarily because it doesn't have a casino and it is nonsmoking. It is a beautiful and comfortable hotel, and the rooms are large.
