On July 10, 2023, Cover announced via the Hololive account that the Holostars English Vtubers Vesper Noir and Magni Dezmond activities are halted. No explanation for this abrupt hiatus were announced.

Hololive is a succrssful business. Theyre not here to boost up small timers with a few hundred subs. Theyre here to powerhouse the best and the brightest and brute force them to superstardom. Every JP hololive talent was already a successful streamer before Yagoo even signed them up. None of the hololive girls were unknowns.
