The only real use for this team is in Alliance War mode. They won’t be able to perform well on offense or anywhere else. To negate that a bit, Infestation Trait was also added to the Gamma raids for the (Kree, Wakanda, Pym Tech nodes). If you have no need in a strong War Defensive team it’s best to ignore Infestation

Iceman needed for the slows and armor/damage reduction he applies to enemies. Beast/jubilee are the heart and soul of the team. Kitty is good but not as good as the other 3.1st Season 2 Matchup in Cosmic Crucible for Marvel Strike Force. Darkhold is Amazing against Wakanda. Imo the optimal wakandan team is Shuri and 4 non wakandans. If you are set at having more wakandans, I'd only add bp and Okoye and leave the other 2 slots for non-wakandans.
