Carmax master tech here, any German vehicle at all, (or any jeep product) make sure it has a warranty. Either factory or extended service plan. They aren't reliable and you WILL get engine lights and many other issues. The warranty will pay for itself. MB has a lot of turbo failures lately, and I think those are 5,600 just for the part.
