Carolina skiff bow stop.
This is a problem on Carolina Skiff boats like mine, the guys on the CS forums are replacing the bow stop with a custom Y stop and some are replacing the roller with an oversized roller that also seems to work. I always just float the back end and start the boat to let it warm up and then hop on the front and lift it off.
