The statistics for each cycle: 23S9: Out of 54 eligible Guardians, 25.93% were selected. The average overall score for those selected was 381.42. The Air Force promotion public release percentages are never actually accurate, as they account for future NCO in-system supplementals or SNCO supplemental board supplementals. This is true for all enlisted ranks. For example, 22E5 public % was 21.1% when the actual promotion rate at the time of annual consideration was 19% or something.
