Granted this gets boring after a while, but this is the best build for PQ and most raids.Ultra sonic blitz is general enough to fit, just don't use it if you don't have good strike damage via attribute points. Use a ki blast counter should you lack that strike damage. Super kame is the same situation as divine. Use something your avatar would use. If they use kame normally, keep it.
