Not really. There was an attempt in the beginning, but the og epoch was a lot of unlocking assets already in arma2. Dayzsa just doesn't have all that. Look for a server with modded base building, military vehs , maybe helis, extra guns and maybe ai and it will be close. r/Fallout4Mods.
