Go to the second floor and look near the broken terminal in a classroom to find Wren’s map fragment for Vault 79. Map Location #2. The next map fragment is found inside the Red Rocket Mega Shop. Look on a counter in a station to the southeast to find Barry’s fragment.
I got hung up with the quest step to meet the dude up top. No matter how many times I tried to exit and reenter would it update and let me actually progress the quest. Bugged af. Chose to raid the vault with settlers, unfortunately. Wanted to go with raiders but the bugs forced me to do the quest differently =/
