A hose was cracked so I changed both hoses and flushed the cylinders. I removed the hoses and flushed the cylinder fluid thinking I may of had a ...Check your harness plug ends for broken pins. I just finished the wiring but have no power to the controller. My headlights and signal lights work fine. I've double checked all connections and everything seems tight.

swapped plow from 05 to 07 chevy//ultra mount/iso box green sticker. new solenoid. swap seemed pretty easy,but getting no power to controller. power at red wire fuse box tap. 2 fuses have power near iso box in and out. black orange wire that ground system good. hot to batt side of solenoid good. i even grounded solenoid and that changed nothing.

Still have the problem of controller losing communication at times. I stop, then can raise plow and then it works again.
