Seems like the better option is to risk a $50 ticket at the outlets than waiting an hour+ to get out the main lots lol. Parking at the outlets is ill-advised. For free, effective parking, I parked downtown Hershey (residential area to be safe) and walked a mile to the Giant Center for the WWE show earlier in the year.
