I passed the NCLEX with 265 questions. I would say the questions on the NCLEX is a lot similar to uworld. Uworld I think is harder. I knew I kept forgetting some of the stuff I studied for that’s why I know why I reached to 265. Study all the rationales on uworld and finish the test bank it will definitely improve your test scores.

The first 60 questions of AAMC CARS qpack 1 are known for being notoriously difficult and not at all representative of the real exam. There are people on this subreddit who have gotten less than 50% correct on the first half of that qpack and ended up with CARS scores of 130+ on the actual MCAT.
