The Mining World is a dimension added by the Aroma1997's Dimensional World designed purpously for mining and quarries. It's similar to the Overworld, but completely flat.. Though due to the changed oregen there doesnt seem to spawn anything in that dimension at all. It's plain stone from ground to bedrock. I just tested on 1.12 and draconium is spawning just fine. Both of them are in the ore dictionary so that's not the issue. You'd have to open an issue on the Extreme Reactors tracker and let them know that their ore isn't spawning in the mining dimension. I have the same problem with Yellorium and Ender Ore in the Deep Dark.Forge 31.2.31. If I shift right click the builder with the quarry shape card to set the dimensions and then right click on any other block I get the message "Builder is in another dimension" even standing right next to it.
