What i`m trying to do is adjust de fan speed constant at low temperatures, but lower than 2700rpm., which is the minimum. If i turn the fans off, it gets hot quickly and the fans starts to work at higher rate. That's the default behavior & speed of the cpu fan. 2700 rpm is no big deal unless you stay at places that are super quiet.
