I would get so much hay up there it would get behind some of the rollers and cause a belt to start to flip. Hay was maybe a little dry, but the best way I could get a bale to start sometimes was super low rpm, 900RPM or so and decent ground speed. The rolls on the 600 series balers are generally wedged in tight in the sledge frame, but in the BR balers there is more clearance and the follower roll and scraper may fall out when the bolts and roll supports are removed. Use straps to prevent the parts from accidently dropping out. Strap holding scraper support and follower rollIt is possible when continuing to feed hay after the auto wrap trips for the twine to be pushed over the knife cross rod instead of going to the bottom of the bale. The twine can still start, but won't cut. You need a new gauge. be sure when you get the gauge to also get the large washer to fit over the gauge. Finally broke my 1st belt. Drive like hell, never slow rpms below 1000, and haven't seen a green or yellow baler yet that will stay with them!
