Makes me wonder if it's taking into account other peoples pings when it's searching and not just the server. So if you wait until 200ms you still have a chance at getting a local server but also might have some high ping players in there and be in for a frustrating experience

Hi, to clear local save data on xbox one go to system settings - storage and from there it should give you the option to do this. If problem still persists I would recommend re downloading profile and maybe a hard reset as last resort. hopefully this works. Let us know :)
