Some business casual shoes I'd recommend are loafers or derbies. Those are a safe bet for any business casual environment.

Still fairly neutral and I'm digging it. Vans Authentics or Eras (auth's upgraded with padding for skating) in offwhite or navyblue are the classics that go with anything. The main difference is the thickness of the fabric. Vans tend to be more padded and have generally more overlapped layers while converse are still pretty much a couple layers of canvas with a padded rim sometimes. I think both shoes are great and wear both they wear similarly (vans tend to feel a little more snug).

Wear them. It will hurt like hell for a few days, but they will stretch some. Main reason I returned them was because a callus started developing because my pinky toe was rubbing. Just gotta wear them and deal with it for a couple weeks.
