You may have to turn the wheel lock-to-lock 10 times over the course of a couple of days to get those air bubbles out. While doing, make sure you check the fluid level often.

To bleed the air out, just open the ps reservoir's cap and let it run until you see air bubbles recede in the reservoir. If the high pressure line from the ps pump was removed during the timing belt job, that o-ring on the high pressure line fitting needs to be replaced.
