But before that i was too cheap to buy one so what i did was i took my fuel filter which was located right below the pump, sprayed alot of throttle body cleaner on it, and then blasted it out with the air ...I would start with the easiest fixes first. Try spamming the piss out of up shift, if that doesn't work then hold in the right brake lever and start the bike. It bypass whatever so you can start it in gear. After it starts, reverse a couple feet and then try shifting into neutral.

GN4 is a mineral oil and is probably what is in it from the dealer. There is also a synthetic oil, HP4 from Honda. Make sure you get the HP4 without molly, or you are going to have some issues! As stated above, Rotella-T 5W-40 synthetic will work fine in the Rincon.
