I just got it. Had 1000+ creatures on the map, only got the achievement when I finally spawned 1000 humans into a settlement manually (with autoclicker or my hands'd be dead) and the achievement says; "Have 1000 people be infected with plague". Fill a world completely with soil, nuke the fuck out of it (don't use tsar bombas, use atomic bombs), and then rain acid on the soil that isn't wasteland until you get the achievement. i got it by generating the dormant volcano template and then pouring acid on something, then using finger tool to copy it to every tile of the map. then, i dropped a few nukes around till i got it. That didn't work. Edit- never mind I forgot to drop nukes. the new achievements arent listed yet.
