I am a front-runner for a position that works directly with spanish-speaking youth. I (23) took two years of Spanish in high school, and haven't used it since. I was totally honest with my limited Spanish-speaking skills, which they seemed fine with. But I promised that if hired, I will work hard to show dramatic improvement in my ability.
