The NOX sensor measures both O2 and NOX. I started to monitor the NOX-1 sensor on my Banks iDash and saw that that is was taking a long time to turn on and then the readings were highly variable. The dealership tested it and found it was taking up to 20 minutes to turn on. They said it has an internal heater that was "open" and not turning on.

My '18 has 18,300 on it and I was getting codes P0106 for "manifold absolute pressure" followed shortly there after by an unclearable P00C7. L5P TMAP sensor is both temp and pressure. Yes, they should most definitely be covered. Emissions equipment is under warranty for 10 years or 120,000 miles. Edit: the emissions stuff should, I wouldn’t think they would put up a fight about the intake. At least mine wouldn’t. I think the derringer is questionable as to warranty. I’ve heard mixed things on that.

Hey, gents. I have a '17 3500 that's recently throw the "Service Emission" message with a countdown to 65 mph speed limit along with a CEL. The codes from my generic reader are the following: P2ADA: "Reductant Tank Temperature Sensor 2 Circuit Performance". P11D3: "NOx Sensor 1 Exceeded Minimum Learning Limit".P20EE Code Duramax. The P20EE means SRC NOx Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold. Here the SRC denotes selective catalytic reduction catalyst on a Duramax diesel engine. And NOx stands for nitrogen oxides. So when PCM detects catalyst efficiency is below the threshold on bank 1, the p20ee code Duramax 2021 appears.

The DPF DTC would be an caused by a boost leak. When you have a boost leak it produces excessive soot filling up the DPF rather quickly. There is no O2 sensors persay on this truck. It's Nox sensors. I assume dp is differential pressure sensor. Unsure if programming is needed for that. 2019 3500HD, Cclb, Drw, Deleted and Tuned, Wehrli turbo horn, intake, boost tubes, Banks idash, S&B map spacer, VSE fuel filtration, 5 inch exhaust.
