Check and see if the weight in the rubber liner is properly seated, if it is you should be able to feel it if you press up into the center of the liner while it's upside down. Mine was not and it caused my LR to constantly get stuck upside down, the weight was sliding around in the back of the dome as it rotated.

When I get the yellow flashing lights, I lift the globe, vacuum out the litter, reset it in the right position, then I unplug it from the back of the box. Before plugging it back in, I hold in the cycle button, plug in while holding the button in, release, and it works again. Might help you too.Preparation.
