The only things unique left are 1) Their -25% damage while at max stamina, 2) Their non-air movement speed, 3) Their combos, 4) Their unique Majin only attacks, 5) The occasional Super Armor. If your build doesn't fully use at least one of the above things then it would be better to straight up play a Female Human.

That said, as far as tanking goes in the game, options are lvery limited as the game's structure was not built with those sort of MMORPG roles in mind. As such, male majin are unsuited to Kaioken builds, and female majin are pretty geared toward the 'burst' style. A standard optimal build for Female Majjns consists of 125 points in Stamina, Basic, and Strike for PvP. Females have the best Strike and decent Basic, but terrible Blast and very low Health.
