Barely glows in the dark now even after a good charge-up. It was serviced by Rolex in 2011 and as far as I could tell the lume looked the same before and after the service.

If you're interested in lume then get a Seiko. Even my least expensive Seiko 5 dress watch ($50 BNIB) beats nearly any other watch brand for standard lume brightness and duration. My Citizen AJ-0100's lume is easily equal to that of my Seiko Black Knight, in longevity. In initial brightness, I believe the edge goes to the Seiko. But after 7 hours of sleep (or thereabouts), the Citizen appears to me to retain more luminosity. Easily readable in the early morning hours.
