NJA is losing about as many pilots as they're hiring and the pilots are working very hard. I told my friends "Fly for NetJets and see the world thru your hotel room window". There's rarely time to go outside the hotel, and when you do you're frequently on 30 minute callout. Management has finally taken notice of the unhappy pilots.
