Seriously, I've tested some out, and though they work a little better in some games than others, it practically breathes new life into PS2 games. Tenkaichi 3's a blast to play (no pun intended) at 60 FPS in particular, and everything just feels silky smooth. Sorry , I just wanted to put that out there. You have to disable the 30fps framelimit. and. 2a. If the game does not tie timings to the framerate, you are good to go. 2b.
