As of now a lot of the groups I've been in are barely killing akkan NM with like 30secs to a minute left on the timer. And this is with lvl 9 gems+ and some of the players with 22+ wep. Yea what this mean is that your parties consist of really horrible players. And I mean really horrible because Akkan NM has 0 DPS check. lvl 7 gem or lvl 9 ...

TIA, my googlefu is failing me. I got you: G1 - 1000. G2 - 1000. G3 - 1500. G4 - 2000. edit: this is Hard Mode data only, don't have a Normal Mode alt with MSQ done yet. Unsure for each individual gate but normal is 4500 and hard is 5500 for total gold earned. You get Akkan mats from Kayangel. Exactly, Kayangel gives Akkan mats, but just a few, meanwhile brelshaza even after the 5:1 conversion, is somewhat worth it. The only purpose for doing Kayangel currently at 1600+ is purely for books. You take about 3 months to get full Akkan gear if doing normal. 1.5 month if doing hard. There's really no reason to fomo and think it's too expensive when you can slowly hone all that over 3 months. This is the cost from honing 1 Akkan piece to +15 (1600). That is across 2 weeks per piece, more for weapon ofc.

Now I'll do only 5-6 NM from time to time by the end of the week if I'm really bored and want to gamba for a potential card or sidereal energy. Akkan is overall a much more enjoyable fight, the pacing feels nice, the music is great, and the special sidereals feel really cool to use.
