While the Tri-Angle already moves fast on its own without investing in movement speed, I was able to barely outrun and kill another Tri-Angle with my build. It might be worth investing a bit more into health than I do. As Tri-Angle, hit-and-run tactics work best. Just keep shooting, dodging, and run away if your health is too low.

So the best we can do, is rank the tanks based on their ability to kill every other tank as well as their general ability to survive. Then such a list could be rearranged by making the killing of some classes more important than the killing of other classes, so any tank that counters the main threats of the game rises in value.
