Dec 20, 2018 · I have problem with POE+ negotiation. I have WS-C2960X-48FPS-L and several POE+ devices (AMX N2412A encoders, BSS-Audio BLU-50 etc.). When I connect them to the port they power on but only with 15.4W, I guess so they doesn't work, obviously. They work with SG300-10MPP fine. I have tried: power inline static max 3000. power inline consumption 3000.

I would open a ticket with Cisco, so this can be documented and also have them help you with this issue.
