I forget the exact procedure but generally proceed as follows...Insert the CD and start it just like it was a DVD to play on a back monitor and then press another button on the front Uconnect screen as if you wanted to "listen in" on what is playing back there. Works pretty well.

I'm not entirely sure how the 2020 system works, but 2008-2019 dodge and Chrysler vehicles equipped with the overhead dvd system use an infrared signal to turn on the headphones and receive audio. When the screen is on, the headphones will turn on also (If headphones mode is on also).Once you insert the usb in the front port next to Blueray player you will get a pop on rear screen that you need to format the USB. Click internal and format. It takes a few mins. Once this is done. you can take to usb to your computer and copy your mp4 video files to the drive. (use handbrake 720 mp4 worked for me).Go to Vehicles -> Settings. Scroll down through the list until you find Information or something like that. Then you can check the top option, System version info, I think, to see the Uconnect build #. Mine is FCA-MY22.S24.18-PROD and it became available to me on 5/24/2022.
It did! I purchased a new unit from www.detroitmopar.com for around $350. It comes with the screen and bezel. I didn't want to bother with a second hand ebay unit. Simply plug in the 2-3 connectors and snap it back in place. first check to see if the dvd slipped into the player incorrectly.. my child inserted a dvd into the player. it went onto of the slot.. i took a butter knife to slip the dvd out, of course messed up the dvd but was able to get it out.. if not you can open up the player and get it out not very hard. hope this helps good luck.
