DDLC as a whole is retconned to be a game within a game. No longer are we a visual novel player horrified as the game glitches out, we're just a bored office employee doing his job. This ruins immersion and is bad. Probably the biggest complaint I see about Plus on here. And it's untrue because DDLC was always a simulation within a simulation.

Also as someone who's lore lover in games and DDLC being one of my favorite lore games ever I don't like when mods often change fundamental facts in order to fit their narrative damaging original canon (Please don't think of it as me saying that most mods suck because they don't stick to canon, cause they don't have to, it just my personal ...My understanding of the lore is as follows : DDLC is one of two simulations made by these developers (Salvato) to see how people would behave in a simulation to see if they themselves are in a simulation, which of course, they are.
