The problem is that your new computer will do things with Fallout 4 like run the monitor at 300 Hz and disable the v-sync and run the frame-rates above 100 FPS and you'll try to do things like get it to fit full-screen on an ultra-wide screen monitor. These are all things that Fallout wasn't designed to handle.

I think I will just keep fallout 4 in 16:9 aspect ratio and just play with borderless window. Yes I get two vertical black bars, but atleast I can improve the resolution from 1920x1080 to 2560x1440.
