Tried the same thing. Restarted pc, launched only PGR instead of the launcher. Game froze. Tried launching it with the launcher. Game froze. Closed both through task manager. Deleted the json and log file in the KRInstall_haru folder, ran the PGR.exe in admin. Game started. Honestly feels like RNG at this point.

Copy-paste from my other comment: Find the folder with PGR.exe in it. go to to the PGR_Data folder. make a new folder. move "sharedassets0.assets" and "sharedassets0.assets.resS" into the new folder. start PGR.exe. Game should launch. If it acts up again: move "sharedassets0.assets" and "sharedassets0.assets.resS" back to the original folder.
