There are released official concordance tables you need to use. 1530-1560 is equivalent to 35, but when a single score point comparison is needed between the two, you use 1540 instead. You should definitely retake the SAT. Though, Since you're on a time constraint, you should manage your time wisely. You shouldn't take any SAT Subject Tests if they're not explicitly required.
