Its serial number is on the bottom of the grip frame and is D5824XX. The only markings opposite the yolk on the frame are simply: "MOD.64". It is not a model 64 "dash" anything, just a Model 64.

I have seen no definitive descrpiption of either one other than -7 was two piece barrel and -8 was slab side barrel.
