Ranger gets a decent amount of skill points per lvl, so it will allow you to maintain those skills as you lvl so you can disable traps (and pick locks). That will make your play experience less painful as traps are a big part of DDO. Another build you could try is 18 Paladin / 2 Rogue.

Don't think your finishing stat on Charisma for Favoured is correct, started on 20 and finished on 8 especially after pushing up with enhancements! DDO interface does not allow for scaling. As a result, it can be pretty hard to see the buttons and icons at extreme resolutions, because the controls are simply too small.
