From sunburn desert, start the archaeology quest near pyramid. That will bring you through Serpents crossing to get the gas mask. 2. Once you have the gas mask, you can enter Central. Either from Narrows Valle or Frove. Sunburn Desert is located southwest of Narrows Vale.
