Honestly if you’re playing with mods already, you should download a mod to remove the settlement build limit altogether. No reason you should have to do a glitch just to build a bit more. I have a mod that makes the build limit unlimited, combine that with place anywhere and scrap anything mods and boom no more glitches to build.
