After Forced regen starts it would get to about 450 deg DPF inlet , and 460 outlet. engine temp 185. doser valve never comes on, engine shutdowns. I installed a brand new DPF filter, Temp, and pressure sensors. still same issue. one thing I noticed my EGR Delta pressure is always at 0? my EGR does work, i see at 99% when engine running.
My question is how long should a regen usually take? About 80% of my driving is on the hiway, and i have noticed that the regen is taking up to an hour at 70 mph sometimes, No messages or codes, but damn, i can be getting almost 20mpg until it goes into regen, then down to 14 or 15mpg.
