The solution to me was the BCM mega fuse at the front of the battery box. If you start the vehicle and let it idle, then grab those wires by the battery box and move them around, chances are you'll be able to get the vehicle to shut down. Once I duplicated the issue like that, I knew it was one of those fuses.
It just indicates the doors are locked which automatically occurs when you are driving. If you hit the unlock button on the door panel it will go off. As for the OK button I'm not sure.
