Well if it's your AC that causing you to overheat then to me that means your cooling system is marginal and the increase in heat load from the AC is overloading it. Start as instructed above and see where you are coming up short.

I would recommend lowering the Jeep to 2.5-3.5 inches of lift unless you are prepared to do a lot of extra work to make 6 inches of lift comfortable. Blend door actuator for sure for the no-heat-in-the-cabin deal, but the engine overheating seems far out for that. maybe a clogged heater core (might impede flow) Im dealing with no heat in cabin right now, except on the highest setting. Likely the actuator, but at only 17,000 miles is frustrating.

If I drive up I-70 out of Denver- a lot of uphil driving- at 65 mph and air condoning on, temp gauge goes 3/4+.rsmwrangler.
